Description
Our client a large, busy, highly successful IFA firm based in EC4 is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

Duties include:-

Central Administration
 
  • Checking case actions to move cases from draft to in force
  • Uploading DFM quarterly valuation reports
  • Reception duty
  • Scanning and post
 
Sales Administration
 
  • Submission, chasing and issuance of new business
  • Submission, chasing and collating information from Letters of Authority / Change of Agency requests
  • Uploading plans and fees to Intelligent Office
  • Providing new business and review packs to advisers ahead of meetings
  • Producing policy data
  • Providing valuations
  • Generating illustrations
  • Pre-completion of paper based applications
  • Completion of online applications
  • Dealing with client queries and correspondence
  • Producing annual review documentation
 
Skills/Attributes needed for the role
 
  • Punctual and well-presented, with a good telephone manner
  • Experience of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience of Intelligent Office (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of using the Analytics portfolio builder (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of using cash flow systems (desirable but not essential)
