Our client, a well established highly successful IFA practise is looking for an organised and efficient Executive Assistant/Administrator to work closely alongside the MD and operations manager of the firm. 
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Provide general administrative/executive support to the Business Manager and Managing Board

  • Develop and maintain internal relationships

  • Meet agreed targets

  • Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs

  • Maintaining facilities and office stock

  • Regularly updating clients details on the database, ensuring accurate records

  • Supporting the dealing with new enquires and prospects

  • Handling client enquires

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of marketing and PR activities

  • Assisting with the planning and hosting of PR events/opportunities

  • Assisting with the initial and continual training of all staff
     
    Requirements
     

  • Have excellent IT skills

  • Able to prioritise and work to deadline

  • Have a willingness to take responsibility

  • Have a thorough approach to work and high attention to detail

  • Great record keeping skills

  • Excellent communication skills, to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals;

  • listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require;

  • problem-solving skills;

  • confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;

  • creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards;

  • an ability to work well under pressure;

  • organisational and planning skills to develop customer services policies;

  • good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face;

  • a commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
