Our city based client, a successful and forward thinking IFA firm, provides one-to-one financial advice and expert servicing for pensions, investments, tax affairs, insurance, and mortgages.
The firm take pride in offering a discreet and bespoke service to their clients. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Administrator to join their team. Our client is seeking somebody who is professional, organised and efficient with a passion for financial services.
Duties will include supporting two Financial Advisers, processing pensions, investments, and mortgage and protection business. You will be liaising with clients and lenders, organising illustrations, reports and keeping database up to date.
Over time the role will evolve to include report writing, investment research etc. Your career will be fully supported including working towards Diploma in Financial Planning.
Candidates ideally should have some experience of working within financial services, however a college leaver or Graduate will be considered. It is of utmost importance that the candidate is looking to learn and progress within the IFA sector and have first class administration skills.
