The London office of a leading name in the Financial Services sector, has an opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
This is a key role within the sales team and the successful candidate will set the direction and development of a team of sales professionals.
Main Duties:Set the direction and development of the team and manage key initiatives in order to help achieve the agreed annual sales targets
Contribute to the design and delivery of the Financial Planning Network plan.
Develop and maintain relationships with leading adviser firms
Partner with Development Coaches to ensure delivery of objectives and proactively resolve any issues that may arise
Accountable for the development of Advisers to help them in achieving CAS status
Support the businesses in identifying opportunities to grow whilst ensuring the delivery of good customer outcomes
Work with the Sales Director to identify and improve efficiencies
Develop initiatives and strategies that will enhance the offering of the Financial Planning Team.
Contribute to the effective on-boarding of new Advisers
Support and promote marketing campaigns and incentives working in partnership with Marketing colleagues
Lead, manage, motivate and develop the team as well as role modelling the right behaviours
Own and deliver TCF practices, which embed good customer outcomes
- Experience of operating at the most senior levels in a Financial Advice network
- Knowledge of all product sectors and distribution channels - has comprehensive understanding of all product sectors and distribution channels.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Compliance requirements and operating within a risk managed environment
- Educated to UK graduate level or equivalent experience
