Experienced Financial Services Administrator
The Role
  • Administer the existing client bank (circa 100 clients) – deal with new business arising.
  • New clients – deal with administration of new business.
  • Communication with clients – e-mails and letters/reports
  • Reporting – to adviser, to clients and to colleagues.
  • Controlling and prioritising workload
  • Diligence and accuracy across every aspect
  • Speed and efficiency
  • Clarify and accuracy of communication – written and verbal
  • Organisation of workload – prioritising
  • Taking initiative and responsibility
  • Industry relevant qualifications are a must, such as FPC 1, 2, 3, or equivalent)
  • Ideally has knowledge of Standard Life Wrap Platform
